Payment Policy:

Payment in full is required before the commencement of hire/activity

Delivery Policy:

Deliveries and return hotel pickups are generally between 2:30-5:30pm
Meeting at the designated hotel bus drop off/pickup point outside your accommodation.

Please meet Pedro’s driver at the pre-organised time and place

A photo of your driver’s license may be taken as security against hire equipment

If you are unable to be there for pickup or return drop off times please contact us.

We are reasonable, however upon delivery if you are not there and have not contacted us, we will NOT leave the gear unsecured and the full booking payment and booking forfeited. Upon return pickup if you are not there and you have not contacted us, we will assume equipment has been stolen and act accordingly.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations with more than 48 hours of booked date will receive a 50% refund
Cancellations within 48 hours of booked date will lose 100% of booking amount paid

Bookings can be moved to another date with more than 24 hours’ notice prior to the original date booked.

Palm Cove Fishing activities can be subject to change (for example Jetty Maintenance) which may result in cancellation or reschedule as soon as conditions are suitable. If this is not possible a “full refund” will be paid*

Reasonable extenuating circumstances may recieve a “full refund”**
**A “full refund” is refunded in full, less the small bank fee charged for original payment transaction.& less other processing charges that Pedro's cannot reclaim.

Minimum age:

The person/s hiring any Pedro's Hire products must be 18 years and over

All children are to be accompanied by a responsible adult while using any of Pedro's Hire equipment

Loss of equipment:
Pedro's accept a reasonable amount of loss and/or damage of equipment through general wear and tear, we also understand accidents can happen. However, if major items are simply lost or missing they may be charged for at a reasonable replacement cost.

We simply ask you treat the gear with a small amount of respect. Hirees take full responsibility for any incident/accident and/or potential loss incurred as a direct result of failure to adhere to our LOCAL INFO and FISHING INFO recommended guidelines.
