Payment Policy

Payment in full is required either prior to, or on delivery of your hire pack.

A copy of your drivers license may be taken as security.

Loss of equipment:
Pedro’s accept a reasonable amount of loss and/or damage of equipment through general wear and tear, we also understand accidents can happen. However if major items are simply lost or missing may be charged for at a reasonable replacement cost.
We simply ask you treat the gear with a small amount of respect.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of booked date will not receive a refund.

Yes, you can change dates without charge or loss, providing changes are made 24 hours or more from the original date booked.

 

Terms And Conditions

The person/s hiring any Pedro’s Hire products must be 18 years and over.

All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult while using any of Pedro’s Hire equipment.

All “Hirees” are required to read our online FISHING INFO and LOCAL INFO pages/links.
These pages cover local rules and regulations for recreational fishing in the tropics , plus General Safety Practices around the local area/environment.
Information provided is for your overall comfort and safety,
We want you to do the right thing, have fun and ultimately be safe.

Hirees take full responsibility for any incident/accident and/or potential loss incurred as a direct result of failure to adhere to the LOCAL INFO and/or FISHING INFO recommended guidelines, which are again provided/highlighted within every booking confirmation email sent post booking.

On delivery all Hirees are to sign one inclusive “hire agreement form & equipment checklist”.
Stating you have familiarised your self with the Fishing Info & Local Info pages/links highlighted and provided prior delivery of equipment.

 

DELIVERY AND PICK-UP
Delivery and return pickups to & from your accommodation pick up point
Please help ensure on time delivery and return pickups, meet the delivery driver at the designated time at your hotel pick up point.
If you are not there, we will make every attempt to contact you. Failure to do so may result in loss of deposit.

Time of delivery is determined by your location & confirmed post booking
* A text or email will be sent if for example “5 min early” or “10 min away”
